Flash the Falcon - Mascot Sevens
With the dance off and my "meet and greet" now complete, I had about twenty minutes to watch the game itself before heading back to the changing room for the main event, as far as I was concerned, the mascot rugby 7's!

After a week of high anticipation, the big day arrived! Today was the day I would become Flash the Falcon, mascot to the Newcastle Falcons!

It's day 2 of my training programme, only 3 days until I become Flash the Falcon! I had intentions of stepping up my efforts today, it didn't quite work out that way.

Jon, my best man, has got me the position of Flash the Falcon, the Newcastle Falcons mascot, at the inaugural Guinness Premiership Final 2006 at Twickenham.
