Adidas - The one-footed reply

It was always the idea that sending marvellous letters to companies was to provoke a response, any response, but I have to admit I was disappointed with the reply to my letter to adidas.

But, let’s not be negative, I’ve decided to send the same letter to Nike, Reebok, Puma and any other footwear company that comes to mind! Let’s hope for a better response eh! (thanks for the reply though adidas! You’re the best!!)

Dear Mr Russell,

We regret to inform you that our policy is not to accept unsolicited submissions of designs, inventions, marketing concepts or ideas from persons external to the adidas Group. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to further your submission.

We are sorry for any disappointment caused and would like to thank you for your interest in the adidas brand.
